Education and Training
Carol began her hearing healthcare career in 2001, studying under the International Hearing Society and earning her Michigan Hearing Instrument Specialist license. She gained valuable experience working alongside an audiologist in Michigan before relocating to the St. Louis area in 2006.
After settling in Wentzville, Carol quickly connected with Southwestern Hearing Centers. “I wanted to work for a family-owned business that prioritized both cutting-edge technology and exceptional patient care,” she explains.
Carol’s commitment to ongoing education and her passion for hearing care have earned her National Board Certification. Today, she serves as the Team Leader for Southwestern Hearing Centers’ Specialists, continuing to raise the standard of care for her patients and peers alike.
