Natalie King has a passion to help people. She has been involved in the hearing industry since 1998. She started in the hearing industry by performing infant hearing screenings and working in the audiology department at a local ENT clinic. This is where she saw the importance of hearing and how life is greatly affected when there is a hearing loss or devices that aren’t working properly. Today, Natalie is the Hearing Instrument Specialist at our Springfield and Joplin office.

Natalie has patients that range in age from 10 – 102 years old. Hearing loss is commonly thought of as happening in older people. She takes a full circle approach with her patients by involving the family, so everyone can understand how hearing loss affects the individual. It helps a great deal to have everyone involved to help in the adjustment period of wearing hearing aids.

Education and Training

Natalie is a National Board Certified Hearing Instrument Specialist for the state of Missouri. She wants her patients to understand their loss and realize that treatment with hearing aids can take time and practice. She wants you to feel comfortable and know that she is with you every step of the journey to better hearing.

She is on the committee for Ozarks Technical College HIS Advisory Panel, a member of the Missouri Hearing Society and International Hearing Society.
